Shipping and Return Policy
We ship all of our plants within one week of purchase. We currently only ship to the United States. To avoid your plant being packaged for a long period of time we only ship on Monday and Tuesday, all other orders containing non living items will be shipped the next workday.
We inspect for pest and approve all of our plants before packaging and shipping them
However, when dealing with live products, problems can occur, whether it be due to shipping delays, extreme temperatures, or rough travel. When problems do happen,

Refunds are evaluated based on an order by order basis. We require photos of the plants at the time of receiving your package only if it is damaged or dead, please reach out immediately once you discover an issue with your order.
Do not order without WINTER PROTECTION PACKAGE if the area your plant is delivered will be below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. If your plant is damaged due to cold weather we cannot refund you but we will do research before delivery to ensure the transit wont have issues and if you have not purchased it and need to, we will contact you via email about the upgrade.
